In the individual plane people are limited for the imposibility to access to the resources, to the knowledge or the posibilities to enjoy a different decent style of life.
In the social plane, the principal cases are the inequality at the time to divide resources, services, and the power. These unequalities sometimes are institutionalized in form of land, capital, infrastructure, market, credits, teaching and information services or advice.
