The the social responsibility of the companies



A company is a unit of economic operation, if we take this definition we can deduce that it is a juridical person that contract natural people to work for them, it has a administration organized hierarchically. A question arise to respect is: is a companies socially responsible?

In nawdays it is a topic that has taking importance for the governments, societies, people and also the same companies. Most of the governments have raised the idea to implement a legislation about the social responsability of the companies.

The social responsability is something that includes more than the labor rights and the social security of the workers. It is the commitment of the companies to grant employment, to help to reduce the poverty, the illiteracy, to increase the social security,...into the others.

However, some people think that the social responsability of the companies is not necesary because those functions must to be developed by the governments and no by the juridical persons.

To sump up the social responsability of the companies is a god tool
In order to increase the social, economical and political development of the countries. In my opinion, I strongly believe that it would be a good idea to create a new law that improve the social responsability of the companies.

Europe Europe is a action movie, it was directed by Agnieszka Holland and was produced in 1990, the pricipal actors are: Marco Hofschneider, Julie Delpy, René Hofschneider, Piotr Kozlowski, André Wilms and Solomon Perel.
Fisrt of all the plots of the movie is about a joung jew (Solek) twho live with his family in the Nazi Germany. His sister was kiled and Solek, his parents and their two brothers flee to Polonia. When Polonia was invaded by Germany, the brothers was separated and Solek arrived to a orphanage in Grodno.
Solek lived in the orphanage two years where he grew and he member becomes of the Komsomol. He convinced to germans that he was part of the german monirity in the foreigner. A partner of Solek called Robert and others friends of Solek died in the battlefield, at that moment Solek tried to give itself to the Soviets although when he is trying to flee, a company of Soviets surrendered before him and give him their weapons, of this maneer Solek is recognized like a hero of warr for the germans.
Moreover, Solek later falls in love of a girl called Leni, but Solek know that he can’t love Leni, he recived a call in which they ordered him to appear itself in a police station in order to clarify the problems with his papers. When the warr is going to finish, the Hittler’s joung people receive the mision to deffend Berlín. There Solek is given to army red, he was saved by his brother to died by the russians. At the end of the movie, Solek is released and he emigrate to the British mandate of Palestine.
Taking all into account, it is a excelent movie that it shows the strong reality thay lived jews in the Nazi Germany, I strongly recomended.
