Argummentative Essay

¡To guajira! A Family Trip
I went with my family to Guajira- colombia four years ago in November 2004 when i was eighteen years old. It was a funny and challenging experience for me.
Guajira is located in the north of Colombia. There you find the Atlantic sea. We went to visit differents places of Guajira Department. We went to Rioacha, Manaures, El cabo de la Vela, Camarones… into the others places. The place that more liked me was El Cabo de la Vela because it is a romantic and beautiful place. There is a pretty blue sea, although sea is so cold.
Manaures was the most horrible place that I have never seen in my life. It is one of the most productive places in Colombia, there you can find a huge salt mine but is one of the most desserts and poor places in Guajira.
Moreover I ate several different delicious new plates for me like shrimps cocktail, sushi, “haivas” and cuttlefish. My prefer of those plates for me was “haivas”, it is a cooked crab.
I think Guajira is so different than others departments in Colombia, there are a traditional Indian culture. For example, people live in huts yet, his principal economic activities are fishing, texture industry and breeding goatees place.
To sump up Guajira is a beautiful place, there I experienced several things that I never had lived, and it was a unforgettable family trip because it was the first travel to Guajira that I took. I really recommended Guajira like a holiday place. It is a challenging experience.

The Poverty in India

In India you can find a big problem of poverty. The reasons because a lot of people can’t to meet their fundamental needs are complex. They are essentially of economic, politic, structural, and social nature; they strengthen for the absense of politic will and by the inappropriateness of the measures taken by the public powers, in special case the exploitation of local resources.
In the individual plane people are limited for the imposibility to access to the resources, to the knowledge or the posibilities to enjoy a different decent style of life.
In the social plane, the principal cases are the inequality at the time to divide resources, services, and the power. These unequalities sometimes are institutionalized in form of land, capital, infrastructure, market, credits, teaching and information services or advice. The same thing happen with the social services: education, health, drinking water, and the public higiene. These aquality on the services affects more the rural zones.

IS THE ACCUSATORY SYSTEM A GOOD OPTION TO IMPLEMENT IN THE JUDITIAL BODY OF COLOMBIA?

The accusarory system was implemented in Colombia in 2004 with tha Act 906. For the first year it was going to be used in Bogotá and in “El Eje Cafetero” and later year by year in the rest of the departments of the country. It is aplied in the penalty proceedures and it consists in public audiences because of this it gives celerity to the juditial body although it have some disadvantages.

In the first place the acusatory system is a good option (into the others) for the following reasons: it increases the celerity of the juditial decisions because the proceedure is developed in audiences, so in this order of ideas a process that today last 5 years, with the acusatory system it can be conclude in 6 months; it helps to descongest the juditial offices and it reduces the cost of the administration of Justice.

However some teaching of qualifed publicists argue that the accusatory system has some disadvantages to implement in Colombia. This thesis is justificated under the argument of that in the proceedure of the accusatory system may be unknowed the human rights. Moreover it present the loss of quality in the juditial desicions.

Taking all into account, the acusatory system is a good option to implement in Colombian judital body because it gives celerity to the pennalty proccedure but it has some disadvantages too. In my opinion we have to wait unless some years more in order to accusatory system be totaly adapted in own penalty justice. Moreover I think is a good option increase the number of the judges for facility the adaptation of the system.
